In eczema skin allergy the source of allergens are unknown origins. In this type of allergy the symptoms are itchy and dry patches usually on the arms and scaly legs, scalp and face just like other skin allergies, eczema allergy has no exact known diagnosis.

There are various types of allergens causing skin allergy so it is necessary to determine the exact source of allergens and correct diagnosis as per them.
