However food allergy is negative reaction in the immune system with physical symptoms.

Treatment of food allergy

There are many ways to avoid food allergy and different types of tests to determine food allergy. Its part of treatment you can prevent food allergy by avoiding certain food which cause to food allergy. However sometime you can’t avoid preventing food allergy because hidden ingredients are present in some foods. Sometime its cant avoid especially if you often eat restaurants and food chains.

Adrenaline or epinephrine shot given food allergy patients from emergency room. Adrenaline (epinephrine shots) is given by well trained professional only. This treatment is critical for anaphylaxis patients.

Lotions and creams given relief if of skin reactions and reduce inflammation. You can determine the source of food which one cause to you food allergy. Then you can prevent this certain food to avoid disease and you need to take medicine for rest of life also.
